Smith tables sovereignty act motion challenging federal emission cap

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith tabled her government’s signature sovereignty act in the legislature Monday afternoon .
Smith cited the potential for job losses and economic shortfalls as prompting the government to invoke the act for a second time.
