The tomb was located at the Wangzhuang ruins in the city of Yongcheng and the tomb reportedly covered more than 17 square meters which was quite large for that period.

It had more than 100 pieces of pottery, around 200 small jade ornaments, bone tools, and pig mandibles that symbolize wealth.

Experts believed that the entire site was the capital of a prehistoric kingdom of the ancient Neolithic Dawenkou Culture .
