Ontario Ombudsman Paul Dube ruled that Windsor school board trustees did nothing wrong after a complaint they held part of a volatile public meeting in private.
The complaint stemmed from a raucous June 25 special board meeting, where Windsor police were called to deal with a hostile crowd.
The contentious meeting was convened to determine if trustee Linda Qin should be disciplined following complaints about her behaviour.
