Is El Salvador's offer to jail US deportees of any nationality feasible or fantasy?
77% Informative

The offer is part of the most "unprecedented, extraordinary migratory agreement anywhere in the world" Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he would accept the offer "in a heartbeat" with a legal justification.
