Vancouver Whitecaps fans are calling for a total and complete travel boycott of the U.S. President Donald Trump ’s recent attempt at bullying Canada with a tariff on goods backfired.

Furness says he would be sad if it affects fans coming down for Whitecaps and Sounders games, or Canucks and Kraken games.

“I truly understand the frustrations with people. I also understand, politics in the U.S. are never forever. If you disagree with something, just wait a minute or two , because it’ll probably change,” he said.
