A week of legal setbacks — and one big win — for Trump's agenda

The administration was also hit with a number of new legal challenges, including one alleging the Department of Government Efficiency , the office headed by billionaire Elon Musk , is unconstitutional.

A federal judge in Washington , D.C. , orders the government to "immediately restore frozen funding" It was the first time a judge has accused the administration of defying a court order.
