Researchers in Italy spent the past four years studying “ morning dream recall” The ability to remember a dream might be influenced by a combination of factors.
People with a positive view on dreams and a tendency to daydream remembered their dreams more frequently.
People who spent more time in light sleep, as well as young people in general, were also more likely to remember dreams.
