This is my first time working out with resistant bands. I'm missing the green one. So you're going to need them

Then superset the incline curls with Zotoman curls.

A4 descending drop set of a normal bicep curl and then four ascending drop set.
Then superset with banded pull downs.
Remember the higher up you hold the bands the harder the exercise becomes as you go short in the bands.
