Bill 38: Reporting frequency changing to annually for child and youth advocate

76% Informative
Red Tape Reduction Minister Dale Nally tabled Bill 38.
Bill would change the reporting frequency of the office of the child and youth advocate.
Nally said the bill would make it easier for the advocate to do what’s right and empower him to make the correct decision.
The bill would no longer require a referendum for minor changes to the British Columbia - Alberta boundary.
The Energy Diversification Act would be repealed if passed.
The second would be to the Skilled Trades and Apprenticeship Education Act.
Officials cited the act would cause confusion to the industry due to programs under the act being completed, discontinued or have moved to the Alberta Petrochemicals Incentive Program .
