House Speaker Mike Johnson said he was "grateful and pleased" that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had shifted his stance on a proposed U.S.-Ukraine mineral deal.
Johnson made the remarks on John Catsimatidis’ Cats Roundtable radio show on WABC 770 AM .
