Calgary police are looking for a man who stole approximately $12,000 from a senior citizen.
The scam began when a woman in her 80s received a phone call around 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 27 from someone who claimed to work at a local bank.
The fraudster convinced the victim to purchase two $ 1,000 gift cards and withdraw $ 10,000 in cash from her bank.
