The latest episode of Severance has some parallels to an episode of The Twilight Zone with the exact same title.

" The After Hours " stars Anne Francis as a woman who strides into a department store looking to buy a gold thimble as a present for her mother.

With the recent reveal that a different Twilight Zone episode helped shaped Ryan Coogler’s upcoming horror film Sinnersâand really, just the exceedingly strange era we’re living inâ.

The two episodes titled “ The After Hours ” are couched in separate contexts, but feel very in concert with each other.
