Phoebe starts crying and the doctor tries to keep talking calmly through it, and I try to swallow my fear.

"His heart is structurally sound, doing what it should be," a doctor says.
"It could be nothing, just an abnormal-sized heart,” she says in a way that doesn’t inspire confidence. “Or it could be something that needs to be fixed”.
