Dominic Green: The Ukraine war is like a Russian doll with a series of complex geopolitical questions.

Green: It's not just a proxy war in which the U.S. uses Ukraine to weaken Russia , but China uses Russia to weaken Europe and the U., he says.

He says the Obama-Biden approach, updating and expanding post-Cold War policies, will fail because it no longer reflects global reality.
